In short: Drone Rush does not require a player account. Depending on the version of the game and the choices you make, third-party SDKs may process limited technical, gameplay, analytics, advertising-attribution, and consent information.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Drone Rush is an Android game developed by Benjamin Dehant, who is the developer responsible for the processing described in this policy.

For privacy questions or requests, email benjamin.dehant@gmail.com.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to Drone Rush. The game may be tested or published through Voodoo's publishing platform and may include Voodoo/TinySauce, GameAnalytics, Meta App Events, or other analytics and advertising technology. A service described below only processes information when it is actually enabled in the version of the game you use.

These legal pages do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.

3. Information that may be processed

Information stored on your device

Game progress, upgrade levels, settings, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device. Drone Rush does not require you to create an account or provide your name or email address to play.

Information processed automatically

If analytics, attribution, advertising, or publishing SDKs are enabled, they may automatically process limited information such as:

The exact fields depend on the SDKs enabled in the build, your device settings, your location, and your consent choices. Drone Rush does not need access to your contacts, photos, messages, precise GPS location, passwords, government identifiers, or payment-card details for its current gameplay.

Information you choose to send

If you contact the developer, the message, email address, and any information you voluntarily include will be processed to answer your request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Why information may be used

Information may be processed to:

5. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, processing will rely on the legal basis appropriate to the feature and context. This may include your consent for analytics, advertising identifiers, personalized advertising, or Meta App Events where consent is required; legitimate interests in limited game analytics, performance, fraud prevention, and security; performance of a service you request; or compliance with a legal obligation.

You can withdraw consent through any consent or privacy controls made available in the game or by contacting the developer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Third-party services

Depending on the released build, information may be processed by the following providers under their own terms and privacy notices:

These providers may act as processors or independent controllers depending on the service and context. They may combine or use information as described in their own privacy notices. The developer does not sell your personal data for money.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard used by the relevant provider.

8. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game, subject to Android backup behavior. Messages sent to the developer are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, keep appropriate records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Information processed by an enabled SDK is kept according to the provider's retention settings and policy, and only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or required by law. Retention can vary by provider and data type. You may request deletion as explained in the User Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Children's privacy

Drone Rush is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by local law. The developer does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game or a related service, contact the developer so the matter can be investigated and appropriate deletion steps can be taken.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive a portable copy, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Because Drone Rush does not currently use player accounts, data held by an SDK may be associated with a pseudonymous device, installation, or advertising identifier rather than your name. The developer may ask for limited technical details to locate the relevant records.

To exercise a right, email benjamin.dehant@gmail.com or follow the deletion instructions. The developer may need to verify that a request relates to you before fulfilling it.

11. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game, its SDK configuration, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will identify the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated in the game or through the distribution platform where appropriate.
